GENERAL CONDITIONS

The request for availability is not binding and does not act as a contract neither for the client nor for AGRITURISMO IL PRATONE. The booking request represents an order form and therefore binding for the customer but not binding for AGRITURISMO IL PRATONE, which party considers itself free not to accept the booking. The booking confirmation that AGRITURISMO IL PRATONE sends to the Customer is binding for both parties and establishes the drawing up of the booking contract with options, and therefore requires a deposit.

The Customer has the duty to make payment of the confirmatory deposit within the time established by the management (20 minutes) so that the option is cleared and the booking is definitely confirmed. AGRITURISMO IL PRATONE will undertake to send to the Customer confirmation e-mail with summary voucher that the Customer is required to present at Check In.

All offline bookings (with payment of the deposit by bank transfer) must be reconfirmed by accepting the cancellation conditions of the structure by email or by whatsup at +39 3401499246.

Terms and conditions

The reservation becomes binding for our structure only at the time of payment of the deposit (amounting to 50% of the total amount of the stay). When your booking is confirmed you will receive a Voucher which you will need to show when you check in at our facility. In case of renouncement of the reservation the whole amount of the confirmatory deposit will be withheld.

Arrival (Check-in)

Accommodation will be available after 16.00, no later than 19.00, unless management has been previously informed of late arrival. (it is still possible to deposit baggage in advance).

​Our structure requires a minimum notice of 24 hours for the preparation of the accommodation, therefore reservations with expected arrival on the same day may not be confirmed; please contact the management for more information.​

Departure (Check-out)

Accommodations must be vacated by 10.00 am on the day of departure unless otherwise agreed with the management.

Payment Methods 

PAYPAL

You can pay the deposit amount directly from our site with any credit or prepaid card, as long as it is linked to the PayPal circuit.

WIRE TRANSFER

You can pay the deposit by making a bank transfer in EURO to our bank account using the following data: IBAN: IT25J0306971113100000002223 BIC/SWIFT: BCITITMM and send the notification via email to info@agriturismoilpratone.it or via whatsup at +39 3401499246 (the reservation becomes binding for the structure only upon receipt of such notification).

At check-in, full payment is required for the stay (travelers checks, personal checks or cash in foreign currency are not accepted for payment).

Jurisdiction

For any dispute arising regarding the interpretation, execution and / or termination of the reservation contracts to which the present conditions in which AGRITURISMOILPRATONE is a party, the Court of Pisa will be exclusively competent.

Revisions

AGRITURISMOILPRATONE reserves the right to revise the Terms and Conditions of this Agreement at any time. Any changes will be binding and effective immediately after the publication of the modified Agreement on our website. Your continued use of the site implies acceptance of any revision of the Terms and Conditions of this Agreement.
