The villa surrounded by land of approximately 37 hectares, is spread over two floors where the ground floor is characterized by three separate and non-communicating rooms and all with access to the garden via French windows.

The first room, where the main entrance is located, includes the kitchen, a bathroom with shower (for disabled people) and the dining room, also accessible from the outside via a French window.

The second independent access leads into the living room, then continues into a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower and the laundry area.

The last independent access is that of the suite with double bedroom, fireplace, kitchenette/living room and bathroom with shower.

Next to the main entrance there are external stone stairs that lead to an entrance door with internal stairs that lead to the first floor where there is a service kitchen with fireplace, two double bedrooms with en-suite bathroom with shower, a double bedroom with fireplace, en-suite bathroom with shower and covered terrace, a double bedroom with covered terrace and a bathroom with shower.

Around the lawn, tall trees and laurel hedges frame the property, ensuring privacy and tranquility. An elegant stone wall topped by a hedge, partly of laurel and partly of rosemary, separates the garden area adjacent to the property from that where the swimming pool is located.

In the lawn area next to the swimming pool, at a slightly higher level, there is the volleyball court and the children's play area. The outdoor dining area, set up under a gazebo, is connected to the kitchen and near the stone barbecue.
